“The hotel is beautifully decorated. We were there during our family reunion and we all gravitated to the den-like fireplace sitting area adjacent to the check-in counter. It was comfortable and had a homey feel. The rooms are immaculately clean, well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. “Room was clean. Beds are full size and not very comfortable .Breakfast not much at all. For a quick over night stay it was acceptable. Upset because I was told during check in that even though I was a red roof rewards member because I booked through a third party website I would not be eligible for any of the benefits including pets stay free. After calling red roof customer service I found out he was incorrect and the resolved the issue. So watch for hidden fees during check in and question...
